I frequently get asked for examples of exemplary work for the class. Because of the way
that I pose questions and afford students a great deal of choice within assignments, it’s not always easy to find a single example that would provide enough evidence to serve as an exemplar. However, I think this paper does a pretty good job.

on the great American filmmaker Steven Spielberg. Specifically, this student chose to address the film “Jaws.” Please note the extensive use of supporting evidence throughout the paper. It really is well-written and thoughtfully edited. If you spot anything you find problematic, please let me know. Otherwise, I would submit that this is definitely an “A” paper.
